Returns and Exchange

OUR STRAIGHTFORWARD RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept orders for return or exchange now at an extended time period from the date of purchase because we recognize that things do happen.

If your items match the following requirements, we are pleased to accept orders for returns within 14 days of the sent date and for exchanges within 30 days of the shipped date:

Items must be in new or used condition, cannot be worn.
Nothing should be washed
All original tags must be present and intact on the merchandise.
Under no circumstances do we accept the return of any items purchased online to any of our retail locations. Online processing is required for all returns.

Steps:

Items being returned must be brand-new, untouched, unwashed, and undamaged. Items that have been worn or changed are not acceptable. Please send back everything in its original packaging, which should include  T shirts, Trousers must be returned in its entirety.

Shipping:

The cost of shipping will not be reimbursed. Both the outbound and return shipping fees will be subtracted from your credit.

Broken Items:

You will also receive a refund for the original shipping costs you paid when the order was placed if the return is the result of an item being delivered damaged or being shipped to you incorrectly. While processing your return, if your item was flawed or damaged, please note this.

Returns/Refunds:

Any refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment and require the use of our return site and pre-paid return label. Products bought with a credit card will only be reimbursed to the original card. The original debit card will be used to refund any merchandise that was purchased with it. Once we receive your return, please anticipate up to 15 business days for processing. Returns are subject to a $4.95 processing charge.

Last Sale:

Please be aware that items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Charge cards:

We will send a check to the billing address on the credit card if the credit card used to make the purchase is invalid or expired.

We will send a check to the credit card's billing address if the credit card used to make the purchase is past due or invalid. You will receive a refund for the exact amount paid at the time of purchase, less any promotional discounts that may have been applied. You must get in touch with our Customer Support if you wish to return a gift you've received, and you'll get your money back as KarakoSuits.com credit.

Only exchanges or store credit are permitted for deals of the day.

Online discount codes

All online promotional coupons are restricted in some ways. To obtain your discounts, enter the required promo code at checkout. only applicable to fresh purchases. Discount cannot be used on items with an Everyday Low Price, tuxedo rentals, or the accompanying fees and taxes, or on gift cards. Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions. The coupon cannot be used for money or credit. Customers who return items bought with this coupon will forfeit the amount of the coupon used on those items; the remainder of the purchase is subject to the Karako Suits refund policy. Only valid while supplies last.

Returns After 30 Days: Returns that are received after 30 days but not more than 90 days are qualified for a store credit that can be utilized only in our physical stores, not online, or a gift card for the amount returned.
